Waterfront Depot is arguably the best restaurant and bar in Florence, Oregon – and possibly on the entire Oregon coast. Being a very popular spot, you need reservations unless you want to sit at the bar. We were glad we sat at the bar, though, as our bartender, Tom, was top notch and incredibly fun to banter with. If you’re driving the Pacific Coast Byway, you MUST stop here.
